Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on August 25, 2026, determines ₹21,000 Wage Ceiling for Bonus Eligibility under the Code on Wages, 2019.

The Government has determined that every employee drawing wages up to ₹21,000 per month shall be eligible for payment of bonus as specified under Section 26(1) of the Code on Wages, 2019. The notification is deemed to have come into force from November 21, 2025.
